With Cabana5, we proved a small footprint feels huge with tall ceilings and generous outdoor living—a real «wow» moment when you walk in. People told us, «You really don’t need more!» And we discovered that shared amenities—like a pool—aren’t a compromise, but a smarter, more social way to live here. We also loved the local half-indoor, half-outdoor living idea. But reality checked in: our clients wanted to be able to close up against the elements and the occasional curious iguana. So we adapted.

​Chango Macaco. It’s a silly, childlike wordplay—«monkey» in Mexican Spanish. And that’s the point. It’s our remindernot to take this too seriously. This is your playground. Your fun place.

It reflects a life that’s simple, uncomplicated, and present. The architecture follows this with a relaxed, jungle-y vibe.—banana trees, palms, earthy green tones, palapa roofs, and casitas with slightly misaligned heights, as if they grew naturally. We have three models, each a little different, with options for personal finishes. Your home is unique, but part of a cohesive, playful ecosystem.
